SpeedyCrate, based in Silicon Valley CA provides high quality cost effective freight shipping solutions to companies and industries. The company provides easy fast-assembled light-weight shipping and packaging crates as well as custom crates. They are made of OSB, plywood and recyclable PVC extrusions, all are very light material, with some crates not requiring tooling. Assembly is very fast, between 3-5 minutes and is a one person operation.
Speedy Crates "Of The Shelf" crates comes in 5 different standard sizes and includes all the parts needed for the assembly. No technical experience is required to put the crates together.
Crates solutions include: Economy, economy plus, premium and premium plus.
Speedy Crate Economy is our most cost-effective solution. It is made out of 1/2" OSB sides and top and with 3/4" plywood base. It is provided to you as a full kit which can be assembled by one person in less than 5 minutes. The OSB panels are held together with a proprietary recyclable PVC extrusion and screws, which are supplied in the kit. An electric screw driver is required for the assembly.
Speedy Crate Economy crates are available in variety of sizes which can be customized to match customer's need.
