Our core business is sharpening Carbide & HSS ballmills, drills, endmills,and general industrial tooling used in Machine Shops and production manufacturing metal working facilities. We use tool sharpening CNCs with software allowing us to sharpen 90% ools sold in the US. Our Customer base includes: Automotive Industry, Aerospace Industry, Plastics Industry, Consumer Appliances.
We regrind, refurbish and restore your tooling to as new condition, to meet your specific needs. Our 5 axis CNC machines are state of the art. Our cutting simulation software allows us to probe & simulate, check the grinding, before we cut. We specialize reconditioning, resharpening high performance carbide drills, to the manufacturers original specific geometry.
