IFSYS North America manufactures and sells automatic parts feeding systems, which are essential, and sometimes critical, custom designed machines embedded within assembly lines. Parts, such as fittings, bolts, contacts, stamped parts, cast iron, formed parts, springs, sheet metal parts, even simple washers, are randomly placed into a hopper to be oriented. After orientation, parts may exit the system in a variety of ways: an open exit, placement into an escapement, blow/stitch feeding through flexible tubes, placement into channels, presentation to pick-and-place robots, or by other customer specified methods. We specialize in custom built feeding systems with an emphasis on Stepfeeders + Vibroliners©. Although the step feeder is one of our leading products, we offer many other solutions that would meet any customer feeding needs. Many of these feeding systems are superior in quality and longevity to bowl feeders.
