Each piece is inspected for accuracy upon arrival with attention to fine detail such as pattern and seam alignment, wood tones, and accessory-to-trim match. The condition of all merchandise is of course thoroughly inspected as well. A full arrival report complete with photo documentation is filed for each item. You will be notified immediately of all arrivals and the report will be made available to you in a timely manner. We keep you informed every step of the way.
Our storage facility is conveniently located in the Circleport Business Park of Erlanger, Kentucky. This allows for both swift deliveries and easy access pick-ups. All goods are housed in a secure, climate-controlled environment until you are ready for them. With an owner present on almost every job, you can be confident that your merchandise is well protected.

All items are carefully wrapped, padded, and strapped securely into place prior to departure. Our trucks are equipped with state of the art GPS and laptop navigation so your merchandise reaches its destination without unnecessary delays. All drivers carry mobile phones and stay in constant contact with our home office, should there be a last minute change of plans.
