We manufacture overlay plate in thickness from 3/8" up to 1-1/2", and in sheet sizes up to 8'0" x 10'0" in 1'0" increments. We offer complete fabrication using a variety of abrasion resistant materials including Chrome Carbide Plate and Chrome Carbide Pipe, AR400, AR500, T-1 / A514, Nitronic 30, abrasive resistant ceramics, and manganeese. We can also provide A36 mild steel as well as hardfacing by hand. Wear Services, Inc. provides maintenance solutions for coal fired power plants such as restoration of coal mill rolls and wheels, and onsite restoration of grinding tables and bowls.
