For more than 12 years, DiCo owner Diane Centofanti has maintained a hands-on passion for welding shunts. According to the National Women’s Business Council, while women-owned businesses have seen a 20.1% increase from 2002 to 2007, manufacturing companies are not included in the list of top women-owned industries. As a constituent of WBENC, DiCo maintains a niche identity in the world of welding.
