We have in-house capabilities that include various types of die cutting equipment such as punch presses, both manual and automatic roll feed, clicker presses, and beam presses. We cut parts ranging from fractions of an inch in size to several feet and also have a full range of slitting, laminating and vulcanizing (splicing) equipment. We are interested in quoting on quantities ranging from 1 piece prototypes to full production runs into the hundreds of thousands. Our expertise is primarily in the soft or fibre materials. We do not cut metal gaskets or heavy gauge plastics.
